Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Hetzner in the European Union and AWS S3 in EU regions. We ensure that all data transfers comply with GDPR requirements and use appropriate safeguards to protect your information.

• AWS S3 (EU regions) - File storage for photos and media
• Mailgun - Email delivery service
• Expo Push Notifications - Mobile push notification delivery

13. Receipt scanning and verification

When you scan a receipt to verify your restaurant visit, we collect the JIR and ZKI numbers, restaurant name, and address from the receipt. This data is used solely for verification purposes and fraud prevention. We retain this data for a reasonable period to prevent duplicate submissions and detect fraudulent activity.

14. Automated decision making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you. Restaurant recommendations and content in your feed are based on simple algorithms using your preferences and activity, but you always have control over what you see and interact with.

15. Response to your requests

We will respond to your data access, correction, or deletion requests within 30 days as required by GDPR. In complex cases, we may extend this period by an additional 60 days and will notify you of any delay.
