Dinver Cycle Competition Rules

1) General Provisions

These rules govern the conditions of participation and the manner of conducting the competition within the Dinver application called "Dinver Cycle Competition" (hereinafter: "Competition").

The Competition is conducted to encourage user engagement within the Dinver application and to reward users who achieve the best results according to the scoring criteria.

This Competition is not a lottery within the meaning of lottery regulations, as winners are determined exclusively according to predefined criteria and achieved results, without random selection.

By participating in the Competition, the user confirms that they are familiar with these Rules and accepts them.

2) Competition Duration (Cycle)

The Competition takes place in cycles ("Cycle") that typically last 14 days, unless Dinver announces otherwise within the application.

Each Cycle includes:

• start and end dates,
• scoring of user activities,
• user leaderboard.

Dinver reserves the right to change the duration of individual Cycles, the display of rankings, the scoring method, or to temporarily pause the Competition for technical or organizational reasons.

3) Eligibility

All Dinver application users who meet the following criteria may participate in the Competition:

• have an active user account,
• use the application in accordance with the Terms of Service and these Rules,
• have not violated the rules (e.g., abuse, fake content, or inappropriate behavior).

Dinver may restrict participation for users suspected of abuse, score manipulation, or rule violations.

4) Scoring Method

Points are earned through activities in the application, including (examples, depending on current implementation):

• adding reviews,
• reviews with photos,
• well-completed descriptions/details,
• other activities defined within the application.

The exact scoring display, including points per activity, is shown within the application and may be updated periodically.

The display of points and rankings (leaderboard) within the application is considered informational until the official conclusion of each Cycle.

Dinver reserves the right to:

• adjust the scoring system to balance the competition and prevent abuse,
• void points that were earned improperly,
• remove or correct points that were awarded due to technical error.

5) Determining Winners

At the end of each Cycle, winners are determined based on the number of points earned.

Winners are users who achieve:

• 1st place (Top 1)
• 1st–3rd place (Top 3)

(depending on the display within the application for that Cycle).

If there are multiple prizes or categories in a particular Cycle, this will be clearly displayed within the application.

In case of a tie, preference may be given to the user who reached the total number of points first, or according to another criterion defined within the application.

In case of technical errors, scoring disputes, or suspicion of abuse, Dinver makes the final decision on points, rankings, and winners.

6) Prizes

Winners receive a prize in the form of a Dinver mystery box or other appropriate prize (e.g., t-shirt, hoodie, stickers, mug, or other promotional materials).

The type and content of prizes may vary from Cycle to Cycle.

Prizes:

• cannot be exchanged for cash,
• are not transferable to other persons,
• may differ depending on availability.

Dinver reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of the same or similar value in case of unavailability.

7) Winner Notification and Prize Collection

Winners will be notified via:

• in-app notification and/or
• email address associated with the user account.

To receive the prize, the winner must within 7 days from the notification:

• confirm acceptance of the prize,
• provide information required for delivery (name, delivery address, contact number).

If the winner does not provide the information within the specified period, they are considered to have forfeited the prize, and Dinver may award the prize to the next user on the leaderboard or retain the prize for the next Cycle.

8) Prize Delivery

Dinver covers the cost of prize delivery, unless otherwise stated within the application.

Dinver is not responsible for delays caused by delivery services, incorrectly provided information, or inability to deliver for reasons beyond Dinver's control.

9) Prohibition of Abuse and Disqualification

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• posting false, misleading, or untrue reviews,
• spam, bot activity, and artificial point inflation,
• using multiple accounts to gain an advantage,
• coordinated, paid, or commissioned reviews,
• any behavior that undermines the integrity of the Competition.

Dinver may, without prior notice:

• remove content,
• void points,
• disqualify the user from the Competition,
• suspend or terminate the user account in accordance with the Terms of Service.

10) Liability

Dinver is not responsible for:

• technical difficulties that may affect the display of points or leaderboard,
• temporary unavailability of the application,
• actions of users that are contrary to the rules.

Dinver will correct any technical errors within a reasonable time, and in case of serious irregularities, reserves the right to void the results of a particular Cycle.

11) Personal Data Protection

Personal data of winners is processed exclusively for the purpose of:

• winner identification,
• contact,
• prize delivery.

Details about personal data processing are available in the Privacy Policy document within the application.

12) Rule Changes

Dinver reserves the right to change these Rules at any time.

Changes take effect upon publication within the application or on the Dinver website (depending on the method of publication).
